System Overview

Drophead reimagines the automotive classifieds space by treating used cars not as static listings, but as complex data objects with histories and predictive futures. By ingesting VIN data, historical maintenance records, and known make/model failure points, the system uses an ensemble of LLMs to generate a 'True Price' – factoring in the likely repair costs over the next 24 months. Built on Next.js and Supabase for real-time data sync, and orchestrated through custom edge functions calling out to Claude and Apify.
